Doughy is organized around three main tabs, plus a floating voice command button. Here's what each one does.
The Three Tabs
People
Your contacts hub. Everyone you do business with lives here — sellers, buyers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and partners.
•Search and filter by name, tag, temperature, or deal stage
•Contact cards show recent activity, associated properties, and communication history
•Quick actions let you call, text, or email directly from any contact
Properties
Your portfolio, one property per card.
•Property details — units, tenants, leases, and status at a glance
•Rent tracking — who has paid, who hasn't, and what's outstanding
•Maintenance — open requests, categorized by urgency, with vendor coordination
Settings
Account configuration and — importantly — your AI controls.
•AI Controls — your daily spend and call limits, and the Pause All Agents kill switch
•Profile — your name, contact info, and preferences
•Billing — plan details, Ops Credits balance, and invoices
•Team — invite members and set permissions
The Approvals Queue
Anything your AI team can't do without you lands in the approvals queue — reachable from any approval notification. Each item shows which agent prepared it and offers Approve, Reject, and Snooze; held items wait for you, however long you take. A pending item looks like this:
app.doughy.app
Leasing Agent · maintenanceOver your $300 limit
Dishwasher repair — Unit 1A
$410.00
Vendor quote came in at 7:04 AM. Held for you because it’s over your $300 auto-approve limit — nothing is booked until you decide.
ApproveRejectSnooze
Held until you decide — nothing is sent without your OK1 of 1 pending

AI message drafts are reviewed right in the conversation, with Send, Edit, and Dismiss.
Coming Soon
Two surfaces you'll see referenced in these docs are on their way into the app:
•The AI console — a dedicated screen combining the live activity feed and cost views. Until it ships, the Audit Log in the web app keeps the complete history of agent actions.
•The Command dashboard — deal pipeline, criteria, and document views in one place. Your criteria and strategies already guide your agents today; the dedicated dashboard screen is next.
Voice Command FAB
The floating action button (FAB) in the bottom-right corner of the screen activates voice commands. Tap it and speak naturally:
•"Show me my top leads this week"
•"Schedule a showing for 123 Main Street tomorrow at 2pm"
•"Draft a follow-up email to the Johnson seller"
•"What's my cash flow for the Oak Park property?"
Voice commands work across all tabs and are processed by your AI team, routed to the right agent automatically.
