Getting Started
Navigating the App
Doughy is organized around five main tabs, plus a floating voice command button. Here's what each one does.
The Five Tabs
People
Your contacts hub. Everyone you do business with lives here — sellers, buyers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and partners.
•Search and filter by name, tag, temperature, or deal stage
•Contact cards show recent activity, associated properties, and communication history
•Quick actions let you call, text, or email directly from any contact
Queue
The content queue is where your AI team's work lands before it goes out. Think of it as your approval inbox.
•Pending items — drafts waiting for your review (emails, SMS, social posts, reports)
•Scheduled items — approved content set to send at a future time
•Sent items — history of everything that's gone out
Each item shows which agent created it and includes Approve, Edit, and Reject buttons.
Command
Your operational dashboard. This is where you manage properties, track deals, and monitor performance.
•Dashboard — key metrics and quick actions at a glance
•Properties — your portfolio with details, maintenance, and financials
•Criteria — your buying parameters and investment strategies
•Documents — uploaded files, contracts, and workflow templates
Bouncer
Your AI safety control panel. Bouncer shows you exactly what your agents are doing and lets you control how much autonomy they have.
•Approvals — pending actions that need your sign-off
•Activity — full history of agent actions with undo capability
•Trust Levels — per-agent autonomy settings
•Cost — real-time Ops Credit usage and spending alerts
Settings
Account configuration, integrations, billing, and support.
•Profile — your name, contact info, and preferences
•Integrations — connected services (Google Calendar, email, QuickBooks, etc.)
•Billing — plan details, Ops Credits balance, and invoices
•Team — invite members and set permissions
Voice Command FAB
The floating action button (FAB) in the bottom-right corner of the screen activates voice commands. Tap it and speak naturally:
•"Show me my top leads this week"
•"Schedule a showing for 123 Main Street tomorrow at 2pm"
•"Draft a follow-up email to the Johnson seller"
•"What's my cash flow for the Oak Park property?"
Voice commands work across all tabs and are processed by your AI team, routed to the right agent automatically.
