The Command dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business and quick access to the most common actions. The dedicated dashboard screen is arriving in the app — the metrics below describe what it rolls up, and your Properties tab carries the day-to-day view today.
Key Metrics
The dashboard shows different metrics depending on your active modules:
Investor View
•Active deals — how many properties are in your pipeline
•Leads this week — new contacts matched to your criteria
•Pending approvals — items waiting in your approvals queue
•Ops Credits remaining — your usage balance
•Newest deal — the most recent addition to your pipeline
Landlord View
•Properties managed — total units in your portfolio
•Occupancy rate — percentage of units currently leased
•Open maintenance — pending and in-progress work orders
•Rent collected — this month's collection vs. total owed
•Upcoming renewals — leases expiring in the next 30/60/90 days
The financial side of that view rolls up into a monthly ledger, kept current by your Bookkeeping Agent:
