Go to Command > Criteria to configure:

Location

Target markets — add cities, counties, or zip codes where you invest
Radius search — set a distance from a central point
Exclusion zones — areas you want to avoid

Financial Parameters

Max purchase price — the most you'll pay for a property
Min equity — minimum equity percentage for acquisition targets

Max rehab budget — ceiling for renovation costs

Under Command > Strategies, select which approaches you use:

Fix and Flip

Buy distressed properties, renovate, and sell for profit.

The Acquisitions Agent focuses on ARV, rehab cost, and timeline
Deal analysis includes projected profit margin and ROI
Research prioritizes properties with high value-add potential

Wholesale

Find deals under contract and assign them to buyers.

The Acquisitions Agent emphasizes quick turnaround and assignment fee potential
Lead scoring prioritizes motivated sellers
Marketing focuses on buyer list engagement

Rental Hold

Buy properties for long-term rental income.
