Approvals & Activity
Bouncer's Approvals and Activity screens give you full visibility into what your AI team is doing and what needs your attention.
Approvals Queue
The Approvals screen shows everything that's waiting for your sign-off:
Each Approval Shows
•Agent — which specialist created the action
•Action type — send email, send SMS, make call, update record, etc.
•Details — the full content or description of what will happen
•Recipient — who will receive the communication (if applicable)
•Context — why the agent took this action
•Countdown — time remaining before the action expires
Taking Action
For each pending approval, you can:
•Approve — execute the action immediately
•Edit & Approve — modify the content, then approve
•Schedule — approve but set a specific send time
•Reject — discard the action
•Reject with feedback — discard and tell the agent why, so it learns
Batch Approvals
For efficient review:
•Select All — approve or reject all visible items
•Filter by agent — review one agent's work at a time
•Filter by type — review all emails, then all SMS, etc.
•Sort by urgency — handle time-sensitive items first
Countdown Timers
Each approval has a configurable countdown. When the timer reaches zero:
•The action expires — it does not execute
•The agent is notified and may draft a replacement
•You can configure countdown duration in Bouncer settings (default: 24 hours)
This means you're never surprised by an old approval executing while you were away.
Activity Feed
The Activity screen shows a complete history of all agent actions:
What's Logged
•Every action — approved, auto-executed, rejected, and expired
•Timestamps — exact time of each action
•Agent — who did it
•Details — what was done
•Status — succeeded, failed, or undone
•Cost — Ops Credits consumed
Undo
For recent actions, you may see an Undo button. Undo capability depends on the action type:
•Emails — cannot be unsent, but follow-up corrections can be drafted
•SMS — cannot be unsent once delivered
•Data changes — can be reverted to the previous state
•Scheduled items — can be cancelled before their send time
•Internal actions — (note-taking, categorization) can be reverted
Filtering and Search
•Date range — view activity for a specific period
•Agent filter — see only one agent's actions
•Type filter — focus on specific action types
•Status filter — show only approved, rejected, or failed actions
•Search — find specific actions by keyword
