Bouncer
Cost & Connections
Monitor your AI spending and manage which services your agents can access, all from the Bouncer tab.
Cost Monitoring
Ops Credits Dashboard
The cost screen shows:
•Credits remaining — how many Ops Credits you have left this billing cycle
•Credits used — total consumption broken down by agent and action type
•Daily trend — a chart showing your usage pattern over the current month
•Projected usage — estimated credits needed to finish the month at your current pace
•Calling minutes — separate tracking for voice call usage
Cost Breakdown
See exactly where your credits go:
•By agent — which agents consume the most credits
•By action type — emails, research, analysis, calls, etc.
•By day — daily usage patterns
•By property — which properties generate the most agent activity
Spending Alerts
Set up alerts so you're never caught off guard:
•Threshold alert — notify when credits drop below a percentage (e.g., 25%)
•Daily limit — cap the number of credits any single agent can use per day
•Unusual activity — alert when usage spikes above normal patterns
When credits run out, agents pause automatically. No surprise charges, no overages. You can purchase additional credit packs or wait for the next billing cycle.
Connected Services
Viewing Connections
The Connections screen shows all integrated services:
•Service name — Google Calendar, email, QuickBooks, etc.
•Status — connected, disconnected, or needs reauthorization
•Last sync — when data was last exchanged
•Agent access — which agents use this connection
Channel Toggles
For communication channels, you can toggle each one independently:
•Email — enable or disable agents sending email
•SMS — enable or disable agents sending text messages
•Phone — enable or disable agents making or receiving calls
Toggling a channel off immediately prevents all agents from using it, regardless of their trust level. This is useful for quick changes without adjusting individual agent settings.
Managing Connections
For each connected service, you can:
•Reconnect — fix a broken connection by re-authenticating
•Disconnect — remove the integration entirely
•View logs — see sync history and any errors
•Configure — adjust sync settings (frequency, scope, etc.)
Adding New Connections
1.Go to Bouncer > Connections
2.Tap Add Connection
3.Select the service from the available list
4.Follow the authentication flow
5.Configure initial settings
New connections are available to agents immediately. If you want to restrict which agents use a connection, adjust their trust levels accordingly.
