Integrations

Connect your existing tools to Doughy so your AI team can work with your real data.

How connecting works during early access: our team sets up each connection with you — it usually takes a few minutes. Self-serve connect buttons, where you pick a service and authenticate yourself, are coming soon.

Google Calendar

Coming soon. No Google Calendar can be linked to Doughy yet — this one is built and not switched on.

What It Will Do

Once it opens, your calendar and Doughy stay in step:

Showings and inspections scheduled by your Leasing Agent land on your calendar
Deadlines from workflows (lease renewals, closing dates) show up as events
Availability — agents check your calendar before scheduling anything
Both directions — an event added in either place shows up in the other

In the meantime Doughy keeps its own calendar in the app — bookings and work orders are on it, and events your agents create land there too. What it cannot yet do is reach a calendar outside Doughy.

Email

What It Does

Connecting your email allows agents to:

Draft messages in your voice, ready to send from your real address — outbound sending is in live testing and rolls out with early access
Prepare newsletter and campaign sends
Read incoming messages for context when drafting replies — coming soon
Track email communication in contact histories — coming soon, and it arrives with the line above

Payments

Rent tracking is live. Payment links are built and gated until billing opens:

Rent tracking — record what you have collected; outstanding and late amounts stay current as you do
Payment links — built, and switched off until rent collection opens. Nothing charges a tenant today

QuickBooks

We trust QuickBooks with our own books — Doughy's company accounting runs on it today. Connecting your own QuickBooks account is on the way, and it's high on the list: transaction sync, chart-of-accounts mapping, and cross-checking between the two systems are all part of that work.

Other Services

More integrations are on the roadmap to expand what your AI team can do:

Calling — voice features for the Call Analyst, rolling out in stages after early access
Property data providers — market data for the Researcher Agent
Document signing — streamlines contract execution (coming soon)
Smart locks — remote property access management (coming soon)

Integration Security

All integrations use secure authentication. Doughy never stores your third-party passwords. You can ask us to disconnect any service at any time, which immediately revokes agent access.
